Sidney Crosby

Sidney Crosby is one of my favorite athletes. He was born on August 7, 1987 in Halifax, Canada. He plays in the National Hockey League and is the captain of the Pittsburgh Penguins. Crosby is the best hockey player in the world. He is a center and he shoots left. Sidney was drafted number one overall by the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2005. Every year Crosby is one of the leading scorers every year and has been for his whole career. Crosby has also been a captain of the Canadian hockey team for the Olympics.
